At Jusade, we want our customers to absolutely adore their pieces! We strive to ensure that all products are in impeccable condition upon arrival, but we understand that sometimes expectations may not align with reality.

Order Cancellation: Within 1 Business Day

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately. The majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date, and once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Jusade Quality Assurance

We stand behind the excellence of our jewellery with a 12-month Quality Assurance for all gold-plated and gold vermeil pieces. If your item arrives damaged or shows manufacturing defects within a year of purchase, enjoy a one-time replacement at no cost. Note that this warranty excludes user damage like scratches, accidental breakage, or water damage, and does not cover lost or stolen items.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of exchanges and return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item. Before enjoying easy return policy, you must contact us for return shipping address before sending the item back.

EXCHANGES

Jusade currently does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please follow the refund process outlined below and place a new order for the desired item. 

Refund Policy

Kindly be advised that refunds are not applicable for discounted or promotional products. Refunds are exclusively issued for full-priced items and only in cases of a manufacturing fault that cannot be replaced or repaired. Please note that refunds are not extended to custom orders, solid gold pieces, or earrings (due to hygiene reasons). It is important to note that refunds will not be granted for orders processed with a discount code or for sale products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days, however this may take up to 21 working days during busier times of year.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please note, shipping costs are not refundable, and international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the EU.
